Events Manager - Independent School, South West London
6-month contract | Immediate start | Primarily onsite, with ad-hoc flexibility
An exciting opportunity for a high-energy, highly organised Events Manager to support the launch of an extraordinary new independent school in South West London.
This flagship school is set within a historic location with exceptional facilities and is preparing for its grand opening next year. You will play a key role in bringing the school to life, delivering a varied programme of events, experiences and launch activity in partnership with senior leadership and the Marketing & Admissions team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and wants the opportunity to help launch a prestigious new education brand from the ground up.

The role
- Plan, coordinate and deliver a programme of launch, admissions, community and stakeholder events.
- Manage event logistics, suppliers, budgets, schedules and guest communications.
- Create memorable experiences for prospective families, partners and local stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Admissions and wider leadership team.
- Support event-related marketing activity and ensure brand standards are reflected throughout.
- Manage several priorities confidently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
About you
- Proven events management experience, ideally within education, hospitality, luxury, property or another high-service environment.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- A confident communicator with strong stakeholder and supplier-management skills.
- Creative, energetic and comfortable working independently.
- Happy to be primarily onsite in South West London, with flexibility available on an ad-hoc basis.
