An established membership organisation is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of in-person, virtual and flagship events. This role is ideal for an events professional who combines end-to-end event delivery expertise, team leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You'll oversee event planning, speaker management, supplier coordination and onsite delivery while ensuring events are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

๐น Your Responsibilities:
- Manage events from planning through to delivery and post-event evaluation
- Lead flagship, virtual and large-scale events
- Line manage and support Event Executives
- Coordinate speakers, facilitators and event contributors
- Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues and production partners
- Monitor budgets, invoices and event expenditure
- Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to maximise event success
- Produce post-event reporting and deliver continuous improvements

- Proven experience delivering large-scale in-person and virtual events
- Experience managing multiple event workstreams and deadlines
- Previous line management, mentoring or team leadership experience
- Strong speaker, supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Budget management and financial administration experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during live event delivery
- Experience within a membership body, charity or professional organisation would be advantageous
