Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Marketing department as an Events Manager!
Our Marketing team is responsible for bringing our brand to life through engaging campaigns, digital experiences, and events that connect with colleagues, customers, partners, and installers. The team delivers integrated marketing activity that supports business objectives, enhances customer engagement, and strengthens our brand across multiple channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse programme of internal and external events each year. You will manage every stage of the event lifecycle, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation, working closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every event is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

You will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering an annual events programme aligned to marketing and commercial objectives, working with stakeholders to create events that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
- Leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of internal and external events, managing timelines, logistics, suppliers, venues, and on-site execution to ensure successful, compliant, and high-quality experiences.
- Managing event budgets, monitoring expenditure, and negotiating with suppliers to deliver cost-effective events while maximising value and return on investment.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, sponsors, and partners to ensure collaborative planning and seamless event delivery.
- Working closely with the marketing team to promote events through integrated campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and effective management of registrations, communications, and attendee experiences.
- Measuring event performance against agreed objectives, producing post-event reports, and using insights and feedback to continuously improve future events.

Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Experience using event management or CRM platforms (e.g., Cvent or Eventbrite).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
Desirable
- Experience in B2B and B2C event marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead nurturing processes.
- Experience managing exhibition stands or large-scale conferences.
- Understanding of brand and creative production processes.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
