Ready to deliver standout events that make an impact in healthcare?
We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised Events Manager to lead pharmaceutical meetings, congresses and events across the UK and internationally. You’ll own every stage - from planning, budgeting and supplier negotiations to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation.
What you’ll do
- Deliver multiple pharmaceutical events from concept to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, venues, suppliers and delegate logistics
- Coordinate speakers, HCP contracts, travel and accommodation
- Build trusted client relationships and solve challenges proactively
- Ensure full compliance with ABPI, EFPIA and other industry requirements
- Manage registration platforms such as Cvent
- Travel internationally to support events on site

What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years’ experience managing pharmaceutical meetings, congresses or events
- Strong project management, budgeting and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and audit close-out processes
- Excellent client communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
- Flexibility to travel internationally
