Events Manager – Echelon Group
Echelon Group is hiring an experienced Events Manager to join our growing team.
We create extraordinary corporate events and fundraising experiences for leading brands and charities. We’re looking for an organised, creative and commercially minded events professional who can confidently manage projects from initial concept through to flawless delivery.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end management of a varied portfolio of events, including corporate experiences, gala dinners, fundraising events, sporting events, hospitality and entertainment.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering events from concept to completion
- Managing venues, suppliers, entertainment and event partners
- Creating and managing event timelines, budgets and logistics
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Managing live event delivery and resolving challenges effectively
- Bringing fresh ideas and creativity to every project
- Ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and guests
About You
We’re looking for someone with proven event management experience who is confident managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and an excellent communicator, with a calm approach under pressure and a genuine passion for creating memorable events.
