Are you an experienced Events Coordinator who thrives on creating meaningful experiences and bringing people together?

We're partnering with a growing wellness and spirituality-focused organisation that delivers inspiring events, workshops, community gatherings, performances and special experiences. As their events programme continues to expand, they're looking for an Events Executive to join the team on either a part-time or full-time basis.

You'll take ownership of coordinating and delivering events from concept through to execution, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly delivered.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing events end-to-end across internal and external venues
  • Coordinating performers, facilitators, suppliers and venue partners
  • Creating timelines, schedules and event plans
  • Managing event logistics and budgets
  • Supporting guest management and VIP experiences
  • Overseeing on-the-day event delivery and troubleshooting
  • Working closely with the founder and wider team to bring events to life

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
