Events & Marketing Assistant – Bespoke (Newcastle, On-Site)

Bespoke is a growing sales and marketing company based in Newcastle. We work with a range of clients to deliver customer-focused campaigns, brand promotions, and event-based marketing activity. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Events & Marketing Assistant to join our on-site team and support campaign delivery and event coordination.

This role is suitable for individuals at an early stage of their career who want to gain practical experience in marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement within a professional team environment.

No specific experience is required. We welcome applicants from customer-facing, retail, hospitality, events, administrative, or similar backgrounds who are interested in developing their marketing, communication, and people skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Events & Marketing Assistant, you will support the team across a variety of campaign and event-based activities, including:

  • Assisting with the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and events
  • Supporting promotional activity and event setup
  • Engaging with customers and providing clear information about products and services
  • Representing client campaigns in a professional manner
  • Working with marketing and campaign teams to support daily objectives
  • Helping track campaign and event activity, including basic performance updates
  • Participating in team briefings, training sessions, and campaign reviews
  • Supporting general day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
