Events Marketing Manager

Peterborough (Head Office)

£50,000 - £60,000 + Performance Bonus

About Us

Trade Mastermind and Valente Consulting operate one of the UK's most dynamic and fast-growing business education event portfolios. From our flagship 20,000 sq ft headquarters in Cambridgeshire, we deliver over 50 events each month spanning academies, masterclasses, networking events, and large-scale growth programmes.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven Events Marketing Manager to support the continued expansion of our events portfolio. This is not an event delivery role. Instead, it is a strategic position focused on driving attendance, building partnerships, securing sponsorships, and increasing overall commercial performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • You will take ownership of how our events are positioned, marketed, and scaled across both brands. Your focus will include:
  • Driving event registrations, attendance, and audience growth
  • Developing and securing sponsorship opportunities
  • Building relationships with exhibitors, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Identifying new partnerships to expand reach and brand visibility
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver effective campaigns
  • Contributing to revenue growth and overall event profitability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
