Events Marketing Manager
Bolt Insight is looking for a driven and highly organised Events Manager to own and elevate our events function across the full spectrum; from industry conferences and digital webinars to our flagship Bolt Summit series. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of brand, content, sales and marketing, and requires someone who thrives on detail, deadlines and delivering standout experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Bolt Insight's events calendar, including industry conferences, digital webinars, client roundtables and the flagship Bolt Summit series
- Manage all logistical elements of events - venue sourcing, supplier management, budgets, run-of-show, on-site coordination and post-event wrap-up
- Partner with the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure events are aligned to pipeline goals, brand positioning and audience growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, speakers and vendors globally
- Lead on event content coordination - working with internal subject matter experts to develop agendas, speaker briefs and supporting materials
- Track and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation and ROI, feeding insights back into future planning
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed and timelines on track
- Continuously improve event formats, processes and tooling to raise the bar on delegate experience and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in events management, ideally with exposure to international or global events
- Proven ability to manage events end-to-end with minimal oversight - from initial brief through to post-event reporting
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure
- Experience working across both in-person and virtual/hybrid event formats
- Confident communicator who can manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and senior speakers
- Commercial awareness - understanding how events contribute to brand visibility, audience engagement and revenue generation
- Proficiency with standard event and project management tooling; familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset - someone who spots problems before they become issues and takes ownership without being asked
