About the Role

Fundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company embarking on an exciting growth phase. Our infrastructure and digital investment platform is becoming the platform of choice for financial advisors and their clients in the £3 trillion UK wealth management market. We are passionate about transforming the investment experience for our clients by combining leading-edge proprietary technology with fantastic customer service.

We are looking for an experienced Events & Marketing Manager to turn standout ideas into events that build our brand, engage advisers and drive growth. As Fundment’s Events & Marketing Manager you’ll play a vital role in creating, delivering, and optimising our event strategy whilst supporting key marketing initiatives. Working with our Head of Events & Sponsorships, you’ll manage a mix of events including proprietary flagship events, adviser workshops and webinars, industry conferences, and client hospitality.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll combine creative flair with exceptional delivery and commercial focus.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Fundment’s annual events programme.
  • Create memorable, insight-led experiences for advisers, partners and clients.
  • Own venues, suppliers, production, merchandise and on-the-day execution.
  • Bring events into wider campaigns alongside marketing, sales, content and product teams.
  • Use attendance, engagement, lead generation and ROI data to keep raising the bar.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, industry bodies and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years’ experience in B2B events, sponsorships or marketing.
  • A strong record of delivering events or partnerships with measurable business impact.
  • Outstanding organisation, creativity and confidence managing competing priorities.
  • A collaborative, commercially minded approach and excellent stakeholder skills.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Financial services, fintech or adviser-platform experience is a bonus, as is experience across global markets.
