London, hybrid (three days in the office) | Full time |
c£45k Basic, 10% Bonus & Strong Benefits

Want to own campaigns where you can see the result of your work in registrations and revenue?

Our client, a growing international B2B events business, is hiring a Marketing Manager to run integrated campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile events. You'll own each campaign from launch to delivery, working closely with sales, production, operations, and digital to hit commercial targets.

This is a role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution, and who wants their work to be visible across the business.

What you'll do

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, content, partnerships, and web
  • Drive delegate registrations and support sponsorship and exhibition revenue targets
  • Own campaign timelines, prioritising activity around the strongest commercial opportunities
  • Shape audience propositions and messaging for every campaign stage
  • Manage budgets, tracking spend, and moving investment to where it performs best
  • Use audience, registration, and engagement data to spot gaps and recommend action
  • Work with sales to generate and nurture qualified leads, and build campaign assets that help them convert
  • Brief creative, digital, and content teams, plus external agencies and suppliers
  • Report clearly to stakeholders, with recommendations rather than just numbers
  • Contribute to portfolio planning, product positioning, and new revenue ideas

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
