We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Events Marketing Manager to lead engaging in-person events and virtual experiences across the EMEA region. In this role, you will own the regional events strategy, from field events and sponsored conferences to customer experiences and monthly webinars. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, content, design, and partnerships to deliver impactful, locally relevant experiences. Your work will help strengthen audience engagement, generate qualified leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and contribute to measurable revenue growth. You will have the autonomy to shape regional event programs while benefiting from a collaborative, distributed working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, data-driven marketer who combines creativity, operational excellence, and a strong understanding of B2B demand generation.
Accountabilities

- Collaborate with Demand Generation and cross-functional stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, formats, budgets, and success metrics tailored to local markets.
- Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, and event formats to maximize audience reach, brand visibility, and business impact.
- Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including venue and vendor management, timelines, speaker preparation, run-of-show planning, registration, and on-site support.
- Partner with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Partnerships, and Sales teams to develop compelling event materials and ensure consistency with broader marketing campaigns.
- Plan and deliver approximately one EMEA webinar per month, managing topic selection, speaker coordination, content localization, registration pages, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Develop and execute multichannel promotional campaigns across email, social media, and partner channels to increase registrations, attendance, and engagement.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead capture, efficient lead routing, timely follow-up, and effective event-driven sales engagement.
- Monitor and analyze event performance, including attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and deal acceleration.
- Maintain accurate reporting and attribution in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations teams.
- Build and continuously improve regional playbooks, templates, documentation, and workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
- Take full ownership of the EMEA events program within the first 90 days, ensuring smooth operations and strong alignment between regional marketing and sales teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
