Role
Seeking a detail-oriented Events & Marketing Manager to support the EVP of Marketing & Communications, based out of London to ensure the smooth execution of events and other internal and external marketing initiatives.
You will be part of the Corporate Events team, providing hands-on operational, logistical, and administrative support across a wide range of projects by helping bring ideas to life while maintaining strong control over budgets, processes, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management & Execution
- Manage the planning and delivery of corporate events, predominantly in London. Events include but are not limited to; In-office panel events for both internal and external audiences, external client hosting events including dinners, lunches and panels discussions, quarterly company all-hands as well as online webinars as and when needed.
- Knowledge of planning process including project plans, partner and vendor relationships, event communications, hotel contracts, design and décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, invitee lists, special guests, AV equipment and budget.
- Work with the wider Marketing and Communications team and key internal stakeholders on theme and content development, liaising with speakers and other external stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Creative team on all online and offline event collateral and assets including pre and post event information.
- Liaise with the Comms & Social team to deliver content and promotional plans across all internal and external channels.
- Work closely with Corporate Events team based in Toronto on the planning and delivery of our high-end hospitality Corporate events program that includes projects globally. Currently three events in the US and one event in Europe. Playing a larger logistical role for any European tentpoles.
- Support other corporate teams and BU’s on the delivery of their events program where needed.
- Create pre and post event reports that demonstrate objectives, KPI’s and how we have delivered against them.
- Produce post event and partnership surveys, create feedback forums and analyze the results to ensure continuous improvement in our activities.

Partnership Management
- Work with the EVP, Marketing & Communications to identify appropriate partnerships to elevate THE·TEAM brand predominantly across EMEA & APAC.
- Ensure delivery of partnership assets across the full duration of the partnership whether that be event logistics and asset, partnership promotion across channels, advertising and ticket allocations.
Merchandise Management
- Oversee the ordering, production, and distribution of branded merchandise across the organization, liaising with key stakeholders on designs and needs.
- Manage key supplier relationships in relevant markets and work with other key stakeholders across other markets to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Ensure global supplier database is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking.
Digital Asset Management
- Support our website lead as and when needed on the development and posting of content for the website.
- Be part of the team that manages and monitors our website’s corporate inbox ensuring that leads for both our marketing service and talent representation teams reach the right internal stakeholders. Also responsible for tracking these leads in a timely manner.
- Work with the digital team on the online merch store, it’s subscriptions and the processes that ensure that the online merch store is a success.

Team Support & Administration
- Act as a key operational support within a fast-paced Marketing & Communications team.
- Manage administrative processes relating to partnerships and events including raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and reconciling budgets.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure all calendars, trackers and databases are up to date.
Skills & Experience
- 4 years’ experience in an Events & Marketing role.
- Excellent guest service, time management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong event management experience and a genuine passion for events and hosting.
- Experience of working with Merchandise vendors is preferred but not essential.
- Strong marketing and brand understanding.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects with great attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Be a proactive, solutions-focused team member who can flex across priorities and react under fast-paced circumstances and tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and ability to assess a situation quickly and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Flexibility and willingness for International and local travel may be required.
