Think and Act Differently Ltd is looking for a curious, proactive and resourceful Events & Media Outreach Coordinator to help build the next stage of our international growth.
Youโll work directly with Bruna De Palo, award-winning executive coach, keynote speaker and author of The Brain Instruction Manual for Leaders: What Nobody Told You About Working with Humans. Bruna has delivered coaching and keynote sessions for organisations including Google, American Express, Johnson & Johnson and the U.S. Air Force.
A big part of Brunaโs work is translating modern neuroscience and psychology into practical insights for leaders and teams, without the brain myths, pop-psychology shortcuts or pseudoscience.
If you love reading about the brain, human behaviour or psychology, youโll enjoy this role. You donโt need a background in neuroscience or psychology, curiosity matters much more.
What Youโll Do
- Your main focus will be finding relevant events, podcasts and communities, connecting with the people behind them, and introducing Bruna as a potential speaker or guest.
- Reach out to event organisers, podcast hosts and relevant organisations to introduce Bruna and propose her as a speaker, panellist or podcast guest.
- Work through and follow up on a list of opportunities and contacts provided by us.
- Proactively identify additional podcasts, panels, conferences and London events that could be a good fit.
- Keep track of conversations, responses and follow-ups in a simple, organised system.
- Coordinate with the team when an organiser or host is interested and help with logistics once an appearance is confirmed.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right โ and where to focus when applying.
This is not a sales role. Itโs about increasing Brunaโs visibility and helping her ideas reach more people through podcasts, panels, conferences and other speaking opportunities.
Bruna already has a strong track record as a speaker and guest, so youโll be building on solid foundations. Youโll be opening doors, starting conversations and seeing opportunities youโve identified turn into real engagements.
Weโll give you an initial list of events, podcasts, organisations and contacts, along with our templates and CRM, so you wonโt be starting from scratch. Weโd also love you to proactively spot new opportunities and places where Brunaโs work could be relevant.
Who You Are
Proactive and opportunity-minded, you naturally notice relevant events, podcasts and communities and think, โBruna should be speaking there.โ Youโll enjoy this role if you:
- Are exceptionally organised, reliable and comfortable working independently.
- Are a confident, personable communicator who enjoys reaching out and building relationships.
- Are curious and good at researching people, organisations and opportunities.
- Write excellent, natural English and can personalise outreach rather than relying on generic templates.
- Are comfortable using digital tools and AI to make your research and organisation more effective.
- Arenโt afraid to follow up, take initiative and suggest ideas or improve processes.
Experience in PR, communications, events, partnerships or marketing is useful, but initiative, judgment and communication skills matter more to us than a particular career path.
Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage.
