Role Description
The Events Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of academic, professional, and public-facing events for IOE. Day-to-day activities include:
- Coordinating event logistics
- Managing bookings and registrations
- Liaising with speakers and attendees
- Preparing event materials and communications

The role involves working with internal teams and external partners to ensure events meet strategic objectives, adhere to budgets, and provide a positive experience for participants. The Events Officer will also support post-event evaluation, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement of event processes and systems. This role requires regular on-campus presence for event setup, monitoring, and close-out activities.
