Event Operations Manager – £52,000–£57,000
Yellow 42 Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Event Operations Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality destination in Perthshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on events professional to lead the operational delivery of a varied portfolio of conferences, weddings, private dining and bespoke events, ensuring exceptional standards from planning through to execution.
The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of Conference & Banqueting and Private Dining.
- Deliver high-profile events to exceptional service and operational standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing events team.
- Work closely with Events Planning, Culinary and wider operational teams.
- Manage staffing, resources, budgets, payroll and departmental performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a senior point of contact for VIP guests and complex events.
- Drive continuous improvement, commercial performance and exceptional guest experiences.
- Be a visible, hands-on leader who leads by example.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience within luxury hospitality, events or Conference & Banqueting.
- A proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile events.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- A hands-on approach and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence dealing with VIPs, clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
