Events & Partnerships Assistant to Director | London | Hybrid

Salary £40,000 to £50,000 DOE

Are you someone with a strong connection to Singapore, whether through language skills, previous work experience, time spent living or travelling there, personal networks, or a genuine cultural interest?

We're recruiting for a unique opportunity supporting the UK & Europe operations of an international organisation with strong ties to Singapore. This varied role supporting a company Director, combines event management, stakeholder engagement, executive support, market research and community networking, working with senior professionals across the UK, Europe and Singapore.

We're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in events, executive support, operations, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience coordinating events from planning through to delivery.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised individuals who enjoy working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrable affinity with Singapore through language, professional experience, study, travel, personal connections, or a strong interest in Singapore's business and cultural landscape.

Location: London (hybrid)

Contract: 1+1 year contract

Travel: Occasional travel within Europe and to Singapore.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 DOE
