Events & Partnerships Executive – B2B Financial Services
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2–3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 DOE
About Us
New Age Partners is a fast-growing financial services group comprising six specialist businesses operating across crypto, foreign exchange, payments, commercial finance, consultancy, and professional services.
Our businesses support sophisticated corporate clients operating around the world. As we continue to grow, events, strategic partnerships, and industry relationships play an increasingly important role in building our brands and creating commercial opportunities.
We're now looking for an ambitious Events & Partnerships Executive to join our growing team and work directly with the CMO.
This is an opportunity to work across an exciting programme of conferences, exhibitions, networking events, client hospitality, and strategic partner marketing while helping shape how we collaborate with some of the industry's leading businesses.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll lead the coordination of the Group's events and partnership marketing programme across six specialist businesses.
This is far more than an events role.
You'll be responsible for helping us maximise the value of our strategic relationships by identifying and delivering joint marketing opportunities that strengthen both brands, increase market visibility, and generate new business opportunities.
Alongside this, you'll coordinate conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and client hospitality that bring our brands to life and support our commercial teams.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and business development teams to ensure every event and partnership delivers measurable value.
Please note: This role may involve occasional travel within the UK and internationally to support conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and partner activities.
Key Responsibilities
Events
- Coordinate conferences, exhibitions, networking events, client hospitality, and sponsored events across the Group.
- Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues, branding, merchandise, and attendee communications.
- Support on-site event delivery and ensure every event reflects the Group's professional standards.
- Measure event performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
