About Adclear
At Adclear, we're building the trust layer for how the world's most regulated companies bring products to market. Every bank, lender and investment platform runs into the same invisible pain: compliance review that slows down every campaign, every launch, every idea. We're turning the function that has always said 'no' into infrastructure that says 'yes, and here's how'.
This is a fundamental shift in how regulated industries and compliance teams operate, and we're only at the beginning. The product you'll design is what people actually touch when they experience that shift.
Founded in 2024, we've already earned the trust of leading innovators as well as established enterprises including Monzo, Lloyds, PensionBee, Kraken, Coinbase and many others. Our early traction let us raise 2.6m in funding, and we're now scaling fast. We're building the product engine that turns a genuinely novel category into something people love to use, and this is where you come in.
The Role
Events are one of the biggest parts of how Adclear goes to market. Our breakfasts, dinners and panels are where compliance and marketing leaders from banks, lenders and fintechs meet us, meet each other, and see what modern compliance can look like. This role owns that engine, along with the partnerships that carry our name further across the industry.
We run three events a quarter, so the cadence is high and so is the bar. You'll take each one from a blank page to a full room:
- A theme that fits our product and positioning, and gives a senior compliance leader a real reason to give up their morning or evening.
- Invites, graphics and social assets that you design yourself.
- A guest list you build, invite personally and chase until every seat is filled.
- A day that runs smoothly: venue, speakers, run of show, and every guest leaving having met someone worth knowing.
- Follow-up that keeps the conversations from the room going long after the event.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
On the partnerships side, you'll own our relationships with major compliance bodies, industry influencers and marketing institutions: the organisations and people who shape how our market thinks.
You'll be running a big part of our go-to-market strategy, and your work will be visible to the founders and to the whole market. Have a look at our LinkedIn and socials to see what we already do, then imagine what you'd do with it.
What you'll do
- Own the events calendar: three events a quarter across breakfasts, dinners and panels.
- Come up with themes and formats that reflect Adclear's positioning and the questions our market is actually wrestling with.
- Create the visual side yourself: invites, event graphics, social posts and on-the-day materials.
- Fill the room. Build target lists, send personal invitations, chase RSVPs and get the right people in the seats.
- Handle logistics end to end: venues, catering, speakers, suppliers and budgets.
- Own partnerships with compliance bodies, influencers and marketing institutions, from first outreach through to co-hosted events and joint content.
- Work closely with the founders and commercial team so every event and partnership feeds our pipeline.
- Track what works: who came, what happened next, and what we should do differently next time.

What we're looking for
- Hustle. You don't wait for RSVPs to arrive. You chase, follow up, and find another way in when the first one doesn't work.
- Personable. People enjoy talking to you, and you're comfortable walking up to a senior banker at a dinner and making an introduction.
- A good eye. You know what makes an invite worth opening.
- Organised under pressure. With three events a quarter, there's always one being planned, one being filled and one being followed up. You keep them all moving.
- Ownership. You treat every event and every partnership as yours, because they are.
- Experience: You've got some hands-on experience in events, partnerships or community, and a track record that shows you're hardworking and get results.
