Events & Partnerships Manager in Sheffield - Padel

Circa £30k - 3 days per week, full time available

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, working across Padel venues and out in the local community.

Our client is a fast-growing indoor Padel club operator, turning underused buildings into buzzing community sports venues across the north of England. They're looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager to get more people through the doors in Sheffield, selling venue hire, winning court sponsors and bringing in schools, businesses and community groups, especially when the courts are quiet.

This is a chance to be the face of one of the UK's fastest-growing sports in your own city. You'll work directly with the founder and the venue managers, be hands-on from day one, and help shape how a growing brand shows up as it opens new sites. If you love talking to people and turning a good conversation into a booking, this one is made for you.

On offer is a competitive salary plus commission on the court sponsorships and venue hire packages you bring in, a warm, community-first culture built around Padel for all people, all ages and all abilities, and real room to grow as the group expands into new cities.

Working pattern: Part-time (three days a week) or full-time, as they're open to both for the right person, with flexible working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
