This growing, ambitious events agency with lovely offices is looking for a new recruit!
We’re working with a leading B2B events agency to hire an experienced Event Producer to deliver high-quality live, exhibition and conference projects across international markets.
This is a hands-on role managing projects from concept through to on-site delivery, working closely with creative, production and technical teams to bring ideas to life.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of live events, exhibitions and brand experiences
- Manage project timelines, budgets and suppliers
- Translate client briefs into deliverable plans across internal teams
- Oversee logistics, operations and on-site execution
- Build strong relationships with clients, venues and partners
- Support pitches, proposals and client presentations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an events agency environment in a client-facing Producer role
- Strong project management and budget management skills
- Experience delivering B2B events, conferences or exhibitions
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Willingness to travel for site visits and event delivery
