About the Role

A leading technology organisation is looking for a skilled Events Producer to deliver impactful global education events that engage and inspire diverse audiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a world-class brand shaping the future through innovative initiatives!

12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in Central London with some international travel. Day rate equivalent of salary £55k

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of a wide range of education events, including live, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Manage projects from initial brief through to post-event review, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, oversee registrations, and handle on-site delivery.
  • Oversee multiple events across different time zones, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Analyse event data such as attendance, engagement, and ROI to identify improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in event production, ideally in blue chip/matrix organisation in areas such as tech, media or education.
  • Confidence managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with event registration platforms, CRM systems, and vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and C-Level partners.
  • An analytical mindset with experience measuring event success and return on investment.
