Location: 3 days a week in the London office – possible international travel

Role Summary
As an Event Production Coordinator, you’ll support your team in growing one or more of techoraco’s flagship events. Working closely with senior product, content, and commercial leads, you’ll translate market insights into features, sessions, and experiences that deliver measurable value for our audiences and partners. This is an ideal role for a commercially minded event professional looking to take the next step into product ownership — blending research, market analysis, agenda curation and speaker management to support the growth of a portfolio of global events.
Key responsibilities
- Product Development & Delivery
- Contribute to the overall event product and how different features (conference, meeting spaces, exhibition etc.) create meaningful value propositions for customers.
- Manage interactions with the event speaker faculty including speaker onboarding and panel management.
- Curate valuable content for distribution to the digital infrastructure industry including webinars, whitepapers and infographics.
- Analyse audience feedback and translate it into improvements to content, features, or participant experience.
- Contribute to the creation of commercial value propositions tied in to the growth of your event/s.

Market Research & Insight
- Conduct targeted market research to identify audience trends, competitive developments, and potential partners.
- Track industry topics (AI, connectivity, data centres, sustainability, regulation, etc.) and recommend new themes or partnerships.
- Build a network of senior industry contacts to support content development, strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities.
- Solid understanding of industry drivers which will lead to commercial opportunities and attendance at the event.

Cross-functional Support & Collaboration
- Commercially minded, proactively sourcing new opportunities for sponsorship sales teams throughout the research process.
- Solid understanding of event performance metrics (registrations, sponsorship pipeline, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Help write marketing messaging and copy for cross-channel campaigns.

Project Management & Execution
- Liaise with internal teams (content, operations, marketing, design) to ensure on-time, high-quality event delivery.
- Own the product timeline for your function — ensuring assets, briefings, and deliverables are completed to standard and on time.
- Coordinate with partners and suppliers to deliver a seamless experience on site.
- Support the wider team in event administration, including updating our websites, registering speakers and ensuring our event platform is updated.

Attributes
- 1-2 years’ experience in B2B events, marketing, or product management.
- Strong interest in technology, telecoms, or digital infrastructure sectors (or enthusiasm to learn fast).
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Confident communicator — comfortable engaging with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset: able to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with global stakeholders.
- Deadline and target-driven.
- A proactive and hard-working individual – capable of delivering a high volume of content and willing to run the extra mile when required.
- A personable, reliable team player.
