We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Events Production Assistant to join the Events Team at The Birley Clubs.

The Birley Clubs operate some of the world's most iconic private members' clubs, including Annabel's, Mark's Club, George, Harry's Bar and Bath & Racquets Club. Renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences, our events range from intimate member dinners and exclusive private celebrations to spectacular themed parties and large-scale productions.

As Junior Events Producer, you will play an integral role in supporting the Events Production team with the planning, preparation and delivery of world-class events across The Birley Clubs. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From assisting with production schedules and supplier coordination to collecting materials, managing event logistics and supporting live event delivery, you'll gain invaluable experience while working alongside some of the industry's most experienced event professionals.

Success in this role comes from being a true team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever needed. While you'll have the opportunity to work on some of London's most spectacular events, you'll also be involved in the behind-the-scenes work that makes them happen—from steaming linens and organising props to carrying equipment, managing storage and supporting event set-ups. No task is too big or too small, and everyone works together to deliver exceptional experiences for our Members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
