Project Director – Live Events & Exhibitions
📍 London (Hybrid / Super Flexible) | 🌍 International Projects
We’re working with a seriously exciting, fast-growing brand experience agency looking for a Project Director to join their production team.
This Is a High-impact, Varied Role
- Lead delivery of a large-scale European exhibition spanning several halls
- Work across global conferences, brand events, and super interesting corporate parties with super interesting entertainment and speakers
- Collaborate with creative, production, and client teams to bring bold ideas to life

You’ll Be
- Owning projects end-to-end (logistics, production)
- Leading teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships
- Driving quality, creativity, and seamless execution across multiple projects
What They’re Looking For
- Strong agency-side events experience
- Proven delivery of complex, large-scale projects
- Confident leader, commercially sharp, highly organised
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
