Key Responsibilities
- Manage all reservations and events enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Drive bedroom, meetings and events revenue through effective conversion and upselling.
- Coordinate group accommodation bookings and event requirements.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies and local businesses.
- Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Front Office, F&B and Operations teams.
- Manage function sheets and communicate event details to operational departments.
- Monitor booking trends, forecasts and business levels.
- Ensure all reservations are accurately maintained within Opera PMS.
- Handle guest and client feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Lead, coach and develop the team.
- Drive Loyalty program with clients.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Reservations, Meetings & Events or Hotel Sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and revenue focus.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
