The Role

We’re looking for an organised Events Resource Coordinator to help plan and deliver staffing for events and security assignments at Somerset House. You’ll make sure bookings are filled on time, staff have the information they need, and records are accurate before and after each event.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staffing for all event bookings and relevant static contracts, ensuring each requirement is filled on time.
• Provide a good level of communication to all Events personnel.
• Ensure event booking information is accurate.
• Fill and vend, as needed, all open positions.
• Communicate relevant timing and location details to staff.
• Ensure T&A system is accurate pre and post event.
• Manage payroll and holiday process.
• Support deployment of Events personnel onto site security bookings as needed.
• Manage leavers.
• Manage, as needed, client accreditation systems.
• As needed communicate plans to clients.
• Deal with general staff queries.
• As required support Event days.
• Relationship building with client Event Managers.
