At Guerrilla Marketing, leadership isn’t defined by a title—it’s about influence, growth, taking responsibility and helping the people around you succeed. We’ve created an opportunity for ambitious individuals who want to develop through human-to-human marketing, build valuable commercial skills and progress towards leadership.
Whether you’re starting your professional career or looking for a fresh challenge, this is an opportunity to develop skills that can set you apart. You’ll receive hands-on mentorship while being given the freedom to progress based on your attitude, performance and ambition.
What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll also gain exposure to promotional campaigns, brand activations and retail events, developing an understanding of how successful campaigns operate. As you progress, you’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility, support others and develop your leadership ability.
Your journey will include:
- Engaging customers face-to-face, creating genuine conversations and connecting people with relevant products and services.
- Representing leading brands across promotional campaigns, retail environments and events.
- Developing communication and sales skills through practical experience and ongoing coaching.
- Building leadership skills, learning how to guide, motivate and coach others towards results.
- Working towards clear individual and team goals, with structured mentorship to accelerate your development.
- Taking on greater responsibility as you progress, with opportunities to mentor others and contribute to team performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
