About The Role

We’re looking for a part-time, fixed-term Events Supervisor who loves bringing events to life.

Someone organised, confident and hands-on, who can lead from the front, keep things running smoothly and make sure every detail is taken care of.

You’ll be a key part of the team delivering everything from intimate Member events to larger, high-profile occasions.

Why join us?

At Home House, how we work together matters. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in creating memorable experiences, supports each other when things get busy and knows that great events come down to great teamwork.

Here’s What You Can Expect

Make events happen

You’ll be at the heart of our events operation, helping to turn plans into brilliant experiences. From set-up and service through to the final guest leaving, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and our standards are consistently high.

Lead from the front

You’ll support and supervise the events team on the floor, setting the tone and making sure everyone knows what they’re doing. You’ll be confident making decisions, solving problems and stepping in wherever you’re needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
