Job Description

Are you currently freelancing, working with an agency, or holding down a part-time gig but looking to fill the gaps in your schedule?

We are looking for Team Members to join Benugo at the Science & Industry Museum. Whether you’re looking to pick up extra hours between projects or need a reliable way to supplement your income, this role offers variety and flexibility.

Located within the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester, our spaces offers a dynamic and welcoming environment at one of the city's most popular visitor attractions. Catering from small meetings to VIP 3-course meals, our events are a vibrant and fast-paced operation where no two days are the same.

We pride ourselves on creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that complements the museum experience. Excellent customer service, efficiency, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do, helping visitors enjoy a memorable day out. We are looking for energetic, personable Baristas who thrive in busy environments, enjoy engaging with a wide variety of customers, and can consistently deliver high standards during peak trading periods.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking orders and serving top-tier food and coffee.
  • Helping with the setup, service, and breakdown of major conferences and private events.
  • Helping out with basic food prep (like sandwiches) to keep things running smoothly.
  • Ensuring every visitor to the museum has a fantastic experience.
  • Adhering to all H&S policies

What We Need From You:

  • We are looking for reliable team players who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves.
  • Because of the nature of our events, weekend and evening availability is required.
  • We are flexible in and around other work commitments. Agency/Freelance workers are encouraged to apply.
