Salary: c£50k Basic + 10% Bonus & Full Benefits

Hybrid Working – 3 days per week in Central London office

Registration, networking, awards, onsite engagement – every attendee touchpoint runs on technology. This role owns it.

Our client is an established international B2B events and community business, running a portfolio of leading brands for senior decision-makers across technology. They need an Event Technology Manager to run their event tech stack and shape where it goes next.

It's a hands-on delivery role with product ownership built in: you'll build and run the platforms, and you'll help decide which tools the business adopts.

What you'll do

• Own event tech end to end – registration, networking apps, awards and engagement tools, from discovery and build through testing to live delivery.
• Build complex registration – multi-path flows, pricing, discounts, tax rules and confirmations, plus check-in, kiosks and badge printing.
• Configure networking platforms – set up data, sponsor entitlements and meeting logic to drive attendee meetings and sponsor value; manage imports, mapping and integrations.
• Run awards programmes – categories, submissions, scoring and judging through to shortlists, winners and outputs for show production.
• Lead onsite technology – scanning, badging, devices and live troubleshooting at events across the portfolio.
• Manage projects and vendors – coordinate Marketing, Ops, Production, Sales and Customer Services; control scope and risk; handle tickets and escalations.
• Act as product owner – evaluate new tools (AI, lead retrieval, onsite tech and more), turn business needs into requirements and push for improvements.
• Build the playbook – maintain SOPs and templates, and train colleagues across the platforms.
