Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is a quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable and confident working on their own initiative, while building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

The Events & Tours Executive will support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal, partner and external events, as well as factory tours at the Red Bull Technology Campus. Working closely with the Senior Events & Tours Manager and Senior Events & Tours Executive, the role is responsible for managing enquiries, converting bookings, coordinating logistics, conducting site visits and delivering exceptional events & tours.

The successful candidate will ensure all visitors, partners, clients and employees receive a professional, engaging and seamless experience that reflects the standards and values of Red Bull Technology Group. They will be capable of managing multiple priorities, maintaining excellent attention to detail and consistently delivering high levels of service across all aspects of the Events & Tours function, while acting as an ambassador for the business at both on-site and external events.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and deliver factory events and tours, ensuring an exceptional visitor and client experience from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
  • Handle event and tour enquiries, bookings, site visits and client communications, providing a seamless and professional customer journey at every stage.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver internal, partner and external events of varying scale and complexity, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
  • Host factory tours and maintain tour routes, visitor information and presentation content, ensuring all materials are accurate, engaging and aligned with brand standards.
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, networking opportunities and Formula One® Grand Prix events, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the Team, promoting the venue, strengthening commercial relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences through a strong understanding of Formula 1® and the Team’s activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue finders, clients, partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and booking documentation, and process booking forms, purchase orders and invoices in line with company procedures.
  • Coordinate social and magazine advertising activity, supporting wider marketing initiatives, website and intranet content, client communications and Eloqua campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage venue diaries, event administration, records and reporting, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and readily accessible.
  • Monitor event logs, contractual commitments and complimentary allocations, ensuring compliance, accuracy and effective record keeping.
  • Maintain accurate stocktake records and inventory logs to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure consistently high standards are maintained across all client, guest and stakeholder touchpoints, safeguarding the reputation of the business and delivering a professional and memorable experience.

  • Experience in events, hospitality, marketing or a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing enquiries, bookings, diaries and administration.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Confident presenting to and hosting guests, clients and stakeholders.
