Come and join us! We are looking for enthusiastic, fun activators to help us ensure young people have fun in a safe, friendly environment.
Our Activators
Our Activators provide a fun and safe location for young people to come and relax and make friends. You must be able to deliver a variety of games, sports, and challenges making great memories for people.
The Role
We are looking for Adult Participation Activators - with a focus towards Walking Netball & Walking Football. Relevant Sports Qualification Required.
The Activators provide a range of inclusive activities for all to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. This role will be supporting and caring for people and will involve the setting up and delivering of various sports & activities ensuring that the individuals participating are active and enjoying themselves.

Requirements
- Preferably with experience of supervising groups of young people with a variety of abilities and potentially additional needs, or hold a sports coaching qualification.
- You must have strong communication skills, coupled with good planning and organisational skills.
- You will be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others.
Job Details
Location: Knutsford Leisure Centre
Salary: £13.70 per hour
Hours: Casual
Activator will mainly be evenings and weekends.
Closing date: 20th September 2026
