About this Role

Nova Sky Stories is seeking an EVP, Global Theme Parks & Attractions to build and lead our global theme park and destination entertainment business. This executive will define the strategy for the vertical, establish the operating model, develop relationships with the world’s leading operators and developers, and position Nova as a long-term creative and technology partner for world-class attractions.

This role will expand Nova’s presence across theme parks, resorts, destination attractions, integrated entertainment districts, and location-based experiences. The EVP will identify opportunities where drone entertainment can enhance the guest experience, extend intellectual property, support seasonal programming, and create new reasons for audiences to visit and return.

Working closely with Nova’s leadership team, this leader will own the vertical’s commercial strategy and guide opportunities from initial relationship development through negotiation, delivery, and long-term account growth. They will partner across Creative, Production, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure opportunities are creatively compelling, commercially viable, and operationally scalable.

This is a highly entrepreneurial executive role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. In the early stages, success will come from personally opening doors, developing opportunities, building industry relationships, and creating repeatable processes before scaling a team around the business.

Responsibilities

As an EVP, Global Touring & Live Experiences, you’ll be responsible for:

Theme Park Business Strategy

  • Define and execute Nova’s global strategy across theme parks, resorts, destination attractions, entertainment districts, and other location-based experiences.
  • Build a long-term business plan for the vertical, including revenue targets, market priorities, investment needs, organizational structure, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for permanent installations, seasonal programming, nighttime spectaculars, special events, intellectual property-based experiences, and recurring entertainment.
  • Evaluate new markets, customer segments, and business models that create sustainable, recurring revenue.
  • Position Nova as a strategic entertainment partner capable of supporting both individual experiences and long-term destination programming.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
