Evri Flex Courier – Fareham

Role description
As an Evri Flex Courier, you'll provide parcel delivery and collection services within a local delivery area. You'll collect parcels from the local Delivery Unit, scan and organise them into your vehicle, plan your delivery round using Evri's technology, and deliver parcels safely and efficiently to customers.
Flex Couriers can set their availability through the app and be matched with available delivery rounds, making the role suitable for people wanting to work around another job, family commitments or other responsibilities.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Collecting parcels from the local Evri Delivery Unit.
- Scanning and loading parcels into your own vehicle.
- Organising parcels into an efficient delivery order.
- Delivering and collecting parcels within your allocated local area.
- Using Evri's delivery and route-optimisation software.
- Following delivery instructions and recording successful deliveries through the app.
- Providing a friendly, reliable service and representing Evri professionally in the local community.
- Managing your own working day and completing the rounds you accept.

What you'll need:
- A suitable car or van
- Valid driving licence
- Appropriate insurance
- An Android or iOS smartphone
- The right to work self-employed in the UK
- A reliable approach
Previous courier experience isn't required, as onboarding and training are provided.
For the current Fareham courier role, Evri's advertised work is typically around 4–6 hours per delivery day, with earnings dependent on parcel rates, volume and efficiency. Flex itself is designed so couriers can choose their availability rather than committing to the more regular pattern required for Evri Plus.
