Former HR-Manager of Software Developer Skype (Acquired by Microsoft) and Estonian Unicorn Pipedrive Leelia Rohumaa Became European HR-Director of Estonian Unicorn Glia.

Leelia Rohumaa has worked at Skype for more than a decade, starting as an HR-specialist in 2005. From 2016 till October 2022, she was a senior manager and then the head of the people and culture department in the sales software unicorn Pipedrive.

According to the vacancy description, European Director of People Operations will build HR policies and engage employees at Glia. The candidate will work alongside the company’s department leaders to create world-class teams with clear goals and opportunities for growth. One of the responsibilities would be a collaboration with Glia's leaders in supporting the company with a transition to a remote-first culture of the global team.
