EAA (Exam Access Arrangements) Administrator

0.88 FTE (36 hours over 38 weeks)

Salary: £25,493 (Pro rota £22,433)

We are looking for an EAA (Exam Access Arrangements) Administrator to join us at Tameside College!

Role Overview:

Join us as an EAA Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for the end-to-end process of Exam Access Arrangements (EAA), from initial referral through to final approval by awarding bodies. The postholder will work closely with the EAA Coordinator, Team Leaders and Learning Support staff to ensure that all arrangements are compliant, timely, and meet the needs of learners with additional requirements.

What You’ll Need:

  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and highly motivated individual
  • Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of legislation regarding learners with difficulties/disabilities (e.g., SEN Code of Practice, Single Equality Duty, Health and Safety)
  • Broad range of curriculum knowledge/qualification structure (e.g., BTEC, City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeships)
  • Familiarity with JCQ guidelines is advantageous
