We are looking for a Exam Board Administrator to join our team.
Role Summary
The Quality and Enhancement team is the central focus for the management of governance and academic quality assurance within Kaplan Higher Education UK. The Exam Board Administrator is responsible for providing a professional administrative support service to ensure the effective delivery of Exam Board procedures.

What you’ll bring to the role
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or experience of working in the education sector in a similar role
- Previous office administrative experience in a complex environment
- Excellent standard of digital literacy in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Good organisational, prioritising and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a fast learner who excels at working using their own initiative
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate own workload, managing own time and ability to work to set/multiple deadlines
- Ability to work without supervision and as a member of a team, providing support and assistance to colleagues when required
Desirable Requirements
- Experience of working in UK Higher Education
- Experience of Exam Board procedures in UK Higher Education
- Experience or awareness of Quality Assurance procedures in UK Higher Education
