Are you conscientious, reliable, and looking for a role supporting the vital examination process within an academy?
Join us as an Exam Invigilator, where you will work as part of a team supervising pupils undertaking school and external examinations. The overall purpose of this post is to ensure all examinations are conducted in strict accordance with legal and school requirements.
This role requires individuals who are flexible and adaptable, with proven self-confidence and the ability to work on their own initiative.

Responsibilities
Be crucial to maintaining the integrity of our examinations. You'll work as part of a team, supervising pupils and ensuring strict adherence to all legal and school regulations. Key duties include preparing the exam room, admitting and quietly seating candidates, and managing the distribution and collection of exam papers.

Qualifications
We are seeking reliable, conscientious, and flexible individuals with a good standard of education. While prior school experience is welcome, it's not essential. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a calm and self-confident demeanour, and be able to work effectively on your own initiative. Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality/data protection is required, along with the ability to maintain good organisational standards.
