About This Role

Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more

Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work together where the challenge is greatest to change the lives and build the futures of children and young people.

We are looking to increase our team of casual Exam Invigilators to cover the exam periods throughout the academic year. Exam Invigilators will assist with the efficient administration and invigilation of internal and external practical, onscreen and written examinations for our students.

This post would suit someone local who is looking for casual hours during exam periods. You should be reliable, punctual and able to work flexibly. Working days and hours will vary according to your availability, examination dates and the number of invigilators needed for each exam.

You will be playing a vital role in supporting the academy by providing important support to our students. Experience is not required, as training will be provided, although applicants will be asked to declare if they have invigilated previously and whether they have any current maladministration/malpractice sanctions applied to them.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Be flexible
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Be confident and a reassuring presence to candidates in exam rooms
  • Have a basic level of ICT competency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
