Exam Invigilator

£12.71 per hour

Millfield School is seeking dedicated Exam Invigilators to help uphold the integrity of examinations in accordance with Joint Council for Qualifications regulations. Our aim is to ensure all students benefit from a fair, secure and supportive environment in which to complete their examinations.

As an Exam Invigilator, you may provide support to students using computers during exams, so confidence with basic IT systems would be advantageous. You will have a practical approach to problem solving, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details

This is a zero-hours position, with work offered in line with the School's examination timetable. Invigilators are invited to indicate their availability for exam sessions, and shifts are allocated accordingly. While flexibility is offered, successful applicants must be able to provide a minimum commitment of approximately 20% of examination sessions within each exam cycle. Examination periods are primarily held in January, June and November.

Rate of Pay:

£12.71 per hour plus statutory holiday pay.
