At Oasis Academy Wintringham, we know that exams are milestones in a student’s journey; and our Exam Invigilators play a critical part in ensuring that both internal and external examinations run smoothly.
We are looking for people with strong character who can assist with the preparation and delivery of our examinations, helping to create the calm, supportive environment our students need to succeed.
Job Summary
- Supervise students during examinations, ensuring compliance with established rules and regulations.
- Prepare the examination room and distribute/collect exam materials securely.
- Educate students on procedures and provide reassurance where needed.
- Monitor the exam environment, ensuring JCQ and Academy regulations are observed.
- Respond professionally to student queries and report incidents promptly.
- Support the Examinations Officer and comply with reasonable requests to keep exams running smoothly.

- Willing to work flexibly – most exams take place at 9:00am or 1:00pm during May–July, with internal assessments in November, December, and February.
