Exam Production Technician

We’re currently looking for an Exam Production Technician on a fixed term basis of 12 months. This position sits within the Qualifications Production team. The role is home-based with monthly office days.
The job
Reporting to the CBE On Demand Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
- Managing exam production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinating external examiners and subject matter experts
- Completing quality assurance checks on exam content and system settings
- Applying system knowledge to build and construct exams
- Providing training and guidance to stakeholders on exam-setting processes
- Supporting the delivery of accurate, secure and regulatory-compliant exams

The person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Is highly computer literate and quick to learn new systems
- Remains calm and focused when working to strict deadlines
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to apply their skills in a dynamic and impactful role within a global professional body.
