Description
Our client is looking for a conscientious and organised Administration Assistant to join their Certification team in Northampton. This is a varied administration role supporting examination processes, candidate applications, certification activities and wider departmental projects.
Working Within a Busy Team, You'll Be Responsible For
- Updating the examination database, populating new entries
- Processing applications, arranging examinations
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate records, issuing results and certificates
- Supporting the ongoing development of internal systems and processes.

What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience and comfortable with database management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively within a team
- Customer service experience would be advantageous
