Exciting Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the General Dental Council’s Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) Part 2, as delivery expands for candidates seeking registration as dentists in the UK.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised administrator to join the team and play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of the exam. The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive high-level support for both the Medical Emergencies and Diagnosis and Treatment Planning components of the examination.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive high-level support for both the Medical Emergencies and Diagnosis and Treatment Planning components of the examination.
- Ensure exams run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, manage queries, and support quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate exam logistics, prepare materials and schedules.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, examiners, and stakeholders.

Location
This is an onsite role based at the Royal National ENT & Eastman Dental Hospitals, part of University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
