Examinations Officer (37 hours)
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Examinations Officer to join our established MIS & Exams team.
Role Summary
In this role, you will ensure the efficient administration and coordination of all examinations across the college, following systems, policies and procedures to ensure that students are registered and entered correctly for examinations in accordance with the requirements of the College and all external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As Examinations Officer, you will line manage a sub-team of administrators and invigilators and will ensure accuracy of work and adherence to deadlines and regulations within this team.

Requirements
Successful candidates must possess a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject as well as 5 GCSEs (including maths and English), or equivalent. You must have proven experience of working with data handling systems and have a high level of digital literacy. Previous exams experience would be advantageous, but is by no means essential, as you will be fully supported by an experienced exams specialist during your probationary period.
