TEAMCo (The E-Assessment Management Company Ltd) was established to bring innovative, disruptive solutions to the examinations sector. The company has grown from delivering 60 exam seats in 3 locations to managing thousands of exams across more than 30 locations in the UK and internationally. TEAMCo delivers both on-screen and paper-based exams, providing exam locations, professional invigilation staff, and specialist equipment where required. The organization also offers remote invigilation for live testing and record-and-review services, supporting a wide range of assessment needs. TEAMCo focuses on reliability, security, and a high-quality candidate experience in all exam environments.

Role Description

The Exams Administration & Compliance Officer is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for working from home. This role is responsible for coordinating exam schedules, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting the end-to-end administration of on-screen, paper-based, and remotely invigilated exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that exam processes comply with relevant regulations
  • Monitoring adherence to internal policies
  • Preparing documentation for audits and quality checks
  • Liaising with internal teams, invigilation staff, and external partners to resolve queries, manage incidents, and support secure exam delivery
  • Producing reports, analyzing exam and compliance data
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and system workflows

Qualifications

  • Skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with experience applying policies and standards in a regulated environment
  • Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and propose practical process improvements
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to internal stakeholders, clients, and exam staff
  • Basic understanding of Finance, such as handling exam-related fees, reconciliations, or budgeting support
  • Relevant experience in exams administration, education, testing services, or another compliance-focused sector is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and communication tools) and comfort working with digital exam platforms is advantageous
  • A relevant qualification in education, business, law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred
