Exams and Data Manager required at Regents Park Community College

Salary: £49,500 – £62,000fte

Hours: 37 hours per week— 52 weeks or Term Time + 2 weeks

About the Role

We are seeking an Exams and Data Support Lead to join Regents Park Community College to support with the busy data and exam periods. Your presence will maintain the integrity of examinations in an environment that enables a student to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, analyse and communicate a range of statistical data concerning student progress to support and inform the Leadership Team and teaching staff.
  • Lead a team of invigilators in conducting external examinations for students, ensuring that all regulatory requirements for the conduct of examinations are strictly adhered to and met at all times.
  • Assist with setting up of exam venues, checking examination packs, assisting candidates, and actively invigilating during examinations.
  • Check attendance, record relevant details, so good communication, both written and verbal, are essential.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in the administration of exams.
  • Capable and confident of working on their own initiative or working within a team.
  • Excellent IT skills as the role will require working with various IT packages including the school's MIS system and Arbor.
