Exams and Data Officer
The National Online School are seeking a highly organised and proactive Exams and Data Officer to lead on the administration, coordination and delivery of all internal and external examinations and accreditations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring our pupils have the best possible experience of the examination process, working in line with awarding body regulations and the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ).
Based out of a central office in Wimbledon, our National Online School supports UK-based exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 who have special educational needs and disabilities typically associated with autism, social emotional and mental health needs and associated disorders. Most of them will have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and significant trauma, often resulting in emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), with significant periods out of education.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
