A leading professional membership and education body is seeking a detail-oriented Exams Coordinator to provide short-term support to their busy assessments team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of high-stakes professional exams in a collaborative and supportive environment.

💥 What you’ll be doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across all stages of the exam cycle
- Communicate with candidates, examiners, and internal teams to manage bookings and respond to queries
- Process applications and maintain accurate records throughout the assessment process
- Prepare and distribute both digital and printed exam materials
- Update internal systems with results, feedback, and attendance information
- Ensure policies, procedures, and timelines are met consistently

💥 What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn quickly
- Previous office or administrative experience in an examinations team
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and comfortable with databases or online booking systems
